We do not collect any personal data about you unless you voluntarily provide that information to us.  However, you may be required to provide your personal information to us when you elect to use or receive certain products or services.  These may include (a) account registration, (b) member accounts, (c) special offers, (d) and email messaging.


Customer Data

Disability Associates is responsible for maintaining and protecting customer information under its control.  Client personal information will be used for company marketing, communications, and customer support only.  We will not sale or share your personal information with any other outside source or entity.  No data is collected automatically by our firm.


Opt-Out Policy

We will collect your name, phone and email address when associated with the delivery of any and all products we provide either free or paid.  If the account is on a member level, you may not opt out of our email support system.  If the email is associated with free products or other non member email contacts, you may opt out at any time.  To opt-out, you must send an opt-out request via our email member link.


Tracking User Behavior

User behavior is only track for those on a membership level.  This data is used to monitor access to accounts and determine the training progress of the member.
